Please, help me from this place
This place called false hope
I can't keep up the pace
I'm hardly able to cope.

'Cause I am in bondage
A slave to the uncaring
Stuck inside an invisible cage
Trying to just keep on living.

Sunshine hasn't shone on me
For so long - I am unsure
Of what I would see
If I could no longer endure
If this cage was to let go of me.

Forgiveness is now impossible
Forfeit and unreachable.

Save me from this false hoping
